Cruise jobs; who pays for the air ticket?

Sorry that some of you might be rolling your eyes at my ignorance now, haha. But was wondering, I’m a Singaporean and the cruises I am interested to work in don’t exactly dock here, meaning I’d need to fly over; who pays for the air ticket and what other charges do I need to consider? Thanks for the advice!!
