How can i be a disney channel actor and/or singer if i live in singapore? And how do i send my resume?

i am 13 this year and i study in singapore at secondary 1. i sing quite good and i have alot of experiences in acting since i was 9 years old. so i really want to become a singer and actor as famous as the jonas brothers and i want to do that before i am 18. i am really that desperate.
